Punny Printable Mother's Day Cards for Kids to Color for Mom

image of 3 punny printable mother's day cards for kids to print and color for Mom

There is something special about receiving a handmade card for Mother's Day. I know I've kept all of the ones my girls have ever made me. I wanted to make a set of free printable Mother's Day cards for kids to print and color for their Moms. Whether it's a classroom activity or another parent helps along, these cards are an easy way to show Mom some love.

We love the Moms! And Mother's Day is an awesome time to share our love with her. I designed these printable cards to be easy to download, print, color, fold, and write your message inside the card. You will print each card on one sheet of paper. I like to use cardstock because it is a little heavier than regular printer paper. With cardstock, the cards will stand nicely, and the color will be bolder, although regular printer paper will work just fine.

Table of contents

  • 3 Punny Printable Mother's Day Cards
  • Mom, I Love You To The Moon And Back Mother's Day Card
  • Printable Mom, I Love You From My Head to My To-Ma-Toes Card
  • You're the Berry Best Mom Mother's Day Card

There is plenty of space inside each card for kids to add a personal message to Mom. I know that many kids like to add a special note to Mom, all the ways that Mom has helped them learn and grow. What will your kids write in their cards?

I decided to go with a silly and punny design for these Mother's Day cards. My youngest daughter has always loved drawing her own cards, and these ideas really were inspired by the cards she has drawn for my husband and me over the years.

Mom, I Love You To The Moon And Back Mother's Day Card

I don't know about your family, but we were hooked on all things outer space this year, with the Artemis II space flight. If you have a kid who followed along with the astronauts' trip around the moon, then this is the perfect card to celebrate Mom this year. After all, don't we all love Mom to the moon and back?

Printable Mom, I Love You From My Head to My To-Ma-Toes Card

This one is a silly play on words for Mom. Tomatoes...or to-ma-toes?! I thought it was a very silly idea. And, I had fun making this Mom and kid tomato pair. If the Mom in your life likes to grow her own veggies, then this is a great card to print and color!

You're the Berry Best Mom Mother's Day Card

I think this Mother's Day card would make the perfect addition to a bowl of fresh fruit, served with breakfast in bed! Another silly and sweet pun card for Mom. Just print and color the sweetest Mom and kid strawberries.

So, the only question is which card will you print and color for Mom this year?
