It is officially the autumn. It's about time. I love the fall...the colours, the chilly air, the apples and the trip to the apple orchard. Every year we head to the apple farm with our friends from university. The kids get to run around and the adults get to chat. A perfect day outside. This year the big kids even pulled the little kids in the wagon.
What a fabulous day we had. We ended up bringing home 15 pounds of apples that have almost all been eaten in 2 apple crisps and as a part of many lunches. We were inspired by our trip to the apple orchard to make a fun apple bean bag toss game - toss the apple shaped bean bags onto the apple tree. It is time for the Outdoor Play Party. Last week there were so many great ways to play outside. Thanks for linking up. If you didn't get a chance to check out the last party, please hop over and take a look at the last Outdoor Play Party. Here are a couple of my favourite posts from the last party.
How simple and fun is this great nature walk bracelet from Kid World Citizen...love it.

We've been picking the apples off of our apple tree just to eat a few here and there. I guess 15 pounds of apples doesn't go as far as one would think, huh?
