It is time for the Outdoor Play Party and this week we are excited to announce that the party is expanding. We have added two new, awesome co-hosts to the party. A mom who believes in the mantra “there’s no bad weather, only bad clothes”, we welcome Linda from Rain or Shine Mamma.

rain or shine mammaYou can find Rain or Shine Mamma outside playing with her family in all year round. If you haven’t read her blog before, be sure to check out her post about the power of outdoor learning…what a great post. You can follow Rain or Shine Mamma on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest too.

We are also excited to have Catherine from Adventure Togs joining the Outdoor Play Party. Catherine shares fun ways for children to get outside and play in all kinds of weather. Based in the UK, Catherine knows a thing or two about how to dress for cool and wet playtime outdoors. Check out her fabulous guide about how to choose the best waterproofs for school and nurseries. You can follow Adventure Togs on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest too.

With all that exicting news out of the way, let’s get on with the party. The last Outdoor Play Party was filled with so many amazing ways that everyone has been enjoying the autumn. I loved these beautiful leaf masks that Mommy Loves Trees made…isn’t nature gorgeous?leaf masks

Now, it’s time for the party. We would appreciate it if you included a link back to this post (either in your post or sidebar) to help us spread the word about the importance (and fun!) of outdoor play! In return, we’ll gladly further share your post on Pinterest. Please feel free to grab the Outdoor Play Party button from my sidebar and/or include a text link back. Please note, that by contributing you are giving permission for an image and link to your post to be republished if featured. Share your ideas for outdoor play activities with us every other week.
