I love a snow day! Why? I live on a busy corner in the city with street cars, trucks and cars spinning by all day long. Which is entertaining and interesting...but can be loud. When a blanket of snow falls on the road everything is quiet. It is like the whole city changes.
The girls and I will fill the day with crafts, reading, baking and shovelling...it won't be quiet inside the house. But for today, I live on a quiet corner of the city...love that! Hope you are able to get out and enjoy the snow where you are.
