Thanksgiving This or That Food Edition

By Jen

Oh, how I love Thanksgiving and in particular Thanksgiving food. Canadian Thanksgiving is all about harvest time and these this or that Thanksgiving questions celebrate all the delicious food of Thanksgiving. It's a fun activity for kids, adults for anyone who loves Thanksgiving food too! This game pairs perfectly with our Thanksgiving would you rather questions for kids. Be sure to check out all of our free printable games for kids.

We planted in the spring, we grew all summer long and now we are harvesting the last of the food that will come from our gardens before the cold, snowy winter weather arrives. We are celebrating our gratitude for all that our Earth has provided for us. That's what Thanksgiving is all about in our house...but it's especially about spending time with family and friends...and food.

How many times have you debated between dressing or stuffing? Do you love biscuits or dinner rolls? These are the hard-to-answer questions being put to you in our "this or that" Thanksgiving food edition.

Thanksgiving Food This or That

I wanted to make a Thanksgiving this or that game that would embrace all the delicious comfort foods on the holiday table. So, I created both a printable version and a downloadable version you can share on Instagram stories.

First up is our printable Thanksgiving food this or that game. What a fun activity to do with your kids, and with your students, or what about printing a copy off for everyone who is coming for Thanksgiving dinner? All you have to do is print our this or that Thanksgiving Edition printable. Place a copy on each place setting and see how each guest answers. Fun, right?!

Or you can check out our downloadable version, which makes it easy to share the Thanksgiving food love on social media. Simply download the Thanksgiving this or that Instagram template and then upload it onto your phone and share in your Instagram stories. Once in your story section, you can use the "pen" tool to circle your answers and share them with your friends. Tag your friends (and go ahead and tag me too) and everyone can share the love.

So, I made this for Canadian Thanksgiving, but it totally works for American Thanksgiving too. After all, we share many of the same food traditions when it comes to Thanksgiving.

Okay, it's time to reveal your true feelings about squash and beans and corn and dinner rolls and cleaning up and...so much more! Have fun.
