Rock Out with the Beat Bugs #giveaway #BeatBugs

By Jen

I love the Beatles. I was raised on their music. I am raising my kids with their music. When I saw Paul McCartney live in concert...I cried...like a lot of crying.  Rock Out with the Beat Bugs - A super awesome Netflix subscription giveaway. #ad

So, when I heard about Netflix new program for kids, Beat Bugs, I was super excited. The Beat Bugs are a group of cute bugs who get into adventures that involve music from the famous Lennon/McCartney song catalogue. Season 1 and Season 2 feature over 50 Beatles songs. Perhaps my favourite episode so far was the one where the Beat Bugs consult with a sleep expert named Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds.

Beat Bugs Netflix Lucy proceeds to sing her namesake song...oh and did I mention that Lucy was voiced by Pink! Not only are there Beatles songs, but the show invites current music artists to bring the songs to life. Imagine Sia singing "Blackbird" and Eddie Vedder taking everyone on a "Magical Mystery Tour". So...much...fun. Check out the Beat Bugs trailer...

The Beat Bugs premiered on August 3rd and to celebrate the launch of this new Netflix original program we are giving away a gift card for a 3 month free subscription to Netflix.

Check out my daughters and me singing the Beat Bugs theme song "All You Need is Love" - another favourite tune.
