Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 3 large bananas mashed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  • Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips together in a small bowl.
  • Combine mashed bananas, butter, milk, and eggs in a large bowl. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Stir until completely combined.
  • Pour into a buttered loaf pan. Bake in 325°F oven for 1 hour. Until the skewer inserted in the middle of the bread comes out clean.
