4ouncescream cheeseat room temperature (3/4 cup of cream cheese)
5ouncesplain Greek yogurt(1 cup of yogurt)
Work with room temperature cream cheese, this will make whisking the cream cheese much easier. Cut the cheese into cubes and add it to a mixing bowl. Add the yogurt and whisk together. Whisk until the cheese and yogurt come together and is smooth.
Once the cheese and yogurt are smooth, whisk in the honey and vanilla. Taste the dip. If you like your dip a little sweeter, add another 1/4 tsp of honey. We like the dip to be tangy - from the yogurt - however, you might like it a little sweeter.
When the dip is ready, serve it immediately
You can store the fruit dip in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. It may start to separate, so you might need to whisk it up before serving.Nutrition Info is to be used as a rough guide only.
